Refund Policy

We’re human, and we know life happens. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling work so everything is clear and fair.

 

General approach

Sessions are time reserved for you, so our refund rules are mainly about protecting that time.

We aim to be reasonable. If something unexpected happens, tell us as soon as you can and we’ll do our best to help.

 

Completed sessions

We do not refund sessions that have already been delivered/completed, except in rare situations where there are genuine mitigating circumstances (see section below).

 

Cancellations and no-shows (missed appointments)

If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice:

  • You can reschedule your session (subject to availability), or

  • You can request a refund for that unused session unless your purchase is part of a discounted multi-session package

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice:

  • We generally do not offer refunds and the session may be treated as used, because the time is unlikely to be filled at short notice.

  • We may still offer a one-time reschedule if there are genuine mitigating circumstances and our schedule allows.

 

If you do not attend (no-show)

We generally do not offer refunds and the session may be treated as used.

We may consider a one-time reschedule in genuine mitigating circumstances (see sections below)

 

Packs, bundles, and discounted pricing

If you purchase a multi-session pack or discounted bundle, it is priced with that discount in mind.

 

  • Unused sessions may be eligible for a refund only at our discretion and may be refunded pro-rata (i.e., based on the discounted rate, not the single-session rate).

  • Used/completed sessions are not refundable.

 

Mitigating circumstances (we’ll be reasonable)

We understand that notice isn’t always possible. We may make exceptions where there are genuine mitigating circumstances, such as:

  • medical emergencies or sudden illness

  • urgent family situations

  • unexpected events outside your control (e.g., accident, serious disruption)

 

If this happens, please contact us as soon as you can. We may ask for a brief explanation and, in some cases, supporting evidence (only if appropriate).

How refunds work

If a refund is approved:

  • refunds are issued back to the original payment method where possible

  • processing times vary depending on your bank/payment provider

  • any transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers may not be refundable (where applicable)

 

If we need to reschedule

If we need to cancel or reschedule a session for any reason:

  • we will offer you the choice to reschedule, or

  • provide a refund for that session if rescheduling isn’t suitable.

  • your full name

  • the booking date/time

  • what you’re requesting (refund or reschedule)

  • a short explanation if it relates to mitigating circumstances
