WhatsApp text support

If you use WhatsApp to communicate with us:

WhatsApp uses end-to-end encryption for message content by default.

However, WhatsApp (and your device) may still generate metadata (e.g., who messaged whom and when).

If you enable cloud backups in WhatsApp or on your phone, backups may not be end-to-end encrypted unless you turn on WhatsApp’s encrypted backup setting

If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, you can contact us via email or messenger instead.

  • Professional advisers (e.g., accountant or lawyer), where necessary

  • Authorities, if required by law or to prevent a serious and imminent threat to health or safety

We share the minimum required and use reputable providers where possible.

Overseas storage and processing

Some service providers we use (such as Wix, WhatsApp, and payment providers) may store or process information on servers outside Australia.

We take reasonable steps to choose providers with appropriate security and privacy controls.

How we keep your information secure

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. This includes:

  • limiting access to client information

  • using secure systems and strong passwords
